How to order from Jepson Bolton.
Generally, we deal direct with researchers in Government Research Labs and Universities throughout the world. If you belong to one of these organisations, you simply have to fax us your official order which we will acknowledge and confirm estimated despatch date within a few days.
Payment will have to be TT'd to our bank prior to despatch and a full pro-forma invoice will be issued with full payment details when we acknowledge receipt of your order.
Alternatively, your Department can apply for an account with our Company
in which case all orders under ?,000 are on Open Account Net 30 day terms.
If you are a private individual or a dealer in laboratory equipment,
we suggest you email us your requirements and we will reply with a full
CIF estimate (excluding duty and taxes), delivered to your door. Payment terms can then be discussed.
Methods of Despatch.
No matter where in the world you are, we can despatch any items from our catalogue
by any method you choose - it all depends on how quickly you
need them and how much you are willing to pay!
Generally for parcels under 10Kg, we would recommend the cheapest
method which is Air Parcel Post.
If you would prefer a quicker route, we would recommend either a service
such as UPS Door to Door or a straight forward airfreight despatch.

- Federal Express Despatch costs, Door to Door. Transit time - variable between 2 and 4 days.
- Airfreight Despatch costs, Door to Airport.Transit Time approx 5-10 days.
